Our line is equipped with an auger filler, allowing us to fill sticks with:

  • Granules, powder, and granulated powder

  • Fill weights ranging from 0.5 to 10 g

  • Complex structures using aluminum, plastic, or paper foil

Skyepharma is equipped to perform both serialization and aggregation

Carton packages are marked with a 2D DataMatrix code, allowing individual identification in compliance with serialization standards required in the United States, Europe, Russia, and Saudi Arabia.
Thanks to our aggregation solution, each serialized carton is linked to its corresponding case, and ultimately to the pallet.

Our packaging lines are connected to our SEA Vision site server, which manages serialization and aggregation data. To ensure fast onboarding of new customers, we use a multi-user platform (TraceLink).

Serialization and aggregation are key to ensuring data security and integrity, and they help prevent any misuse or counterfeiting.
