Our project management approach

At Skyepharma, we have embraced a project management approach from the very beginning. Each customer is assigned a single point of contact who fulfills multiple roles:

Technical responsibility for galenic development and industrial transfer activities: training for galenists (Master 2, pharmacist, PhD);

Coordination of in-house project activities (analytical development) and, when necessary, external activities (subcontracting or others);

Communication with customers and third parties (investors, etc.);

Assurance of cost management and deadline management.

Our management tools

We adapt the project management tools to the needs of our partners. Hee are some standard tools that we use on a daily basis:

– Internal communication to strengthen team commitment;

– Regular exchanges with clients to establish effective communication channels.

Kick-off meetings

– Assessments of timing, financial, and technical risks;

– Strategic decision-making with the NPI team and management;

– Prioritization of activities and resources.

Steering committees

– Management team on the ground every morning;

– Strategic decision-making;

– Team-players dynamic.

Gemba walks

– Conduct conferences for reporting;

– Minutes of the meeting;

– Decision-making with clients.
