Non-sexual hormones are highly active molecules. This means that they have a biological effect on the human body at low doses (in comparison to paracetamol that has much less impact). Examples include sleep hormones, thyroid hormones, and parathyroid hormones.
Due to their activity, these medications must be manufactured in a confined area dedicated to this therapeutic class.
Production conditions
In this area, to protect the employees and the other medications manufactured in our standard zone, we have two levels of containment: at the source with the containment of the premises and equipment, and individually with the protection of employees through PPE (personal protective equipment).
