Geoclock®: Innovative Timed-Release Tablet Technology
Geoclock® is a validated oral drug delivery technology using a tab-in-tab (press-coated) design. It enables the timed release of active ingredients (oral chronotherapy), unaffected by food or pH levels.
The Geoclock® tablet features an active drug core surrounded by an outer layer made of hydrophobic wax and brittle material. This design ensures a pH-independent delay (lag-time) before the active ingredient is released. After the set lag-time, the inner core releases the drug either as a burst or with controlled release.
The release profile of the inner core can be adjusted to meet specific therapeutic needs.

Geomatrix®: Customizable multi-layer tablet
Geomatrix® is a proven and flexible multi-layer tablet technology used in 8 products available in over 80 countries. It works with a wide range of drugs to create various release profiles and is easy to manufacture using standard equipment and common ingredients.
How Geomatrix® Works ?
Geomatrix® uses a multi-layered tablet design with two key features:
– Hydrophilic polymers that swell and control drug release.
– Dynamic control of the drug-containing layer’s surface exposed to fluids.
– The combination of layers with different swelling, gelling, and erosion rates controls how and when the drug is released in the body.
